Send us a description of your project (Material, Design Ideas, Quantity, etc)
We'll respond with a free quote, then once approved we'll get started on your order.
Once approved, we'll send you a secure payment link where you can review your order and checkout.

Order Processing

At Coleman Family Creations LLC we make processing speed a top priority and all orders placed will be made on a first come, first serve basis. Once you have placed your order, you will receive your free proof via email. We will continue to work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your proof. Once you let us know that you are happy with the design we will get busy. We will take 3-8 business days to complete and then orders will be shipped USPS priority mail which takes 1-3 business days. If you need to have your order shipped over night, please send us a message and we will send you a request for the remaining balance.

As you may imagine, custom items are unique. For example, on items made from wood, the knots and grain will vary from piece to piece. While we do our best to select the best parts of each material, these variations are not considered defects.

If you are looking to order any of our products in bulk, we do offer wholesale pricing. For requests on wholesale orders please send us a message with the quantity you are looking for as well as your zip code for shipping. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote on the product.

Details And Pricing

We use a powerful 150-watt American-made laser engraver that offers superior speed and accuracy. The bed of the laser fits material up to 40”x24” with full feed through in both directions up to 2” thick. This enables us to engrave and cut larger projects than a standard non-feed through laser bed would allow.

We base our quotes on the time it will take the laser to do its job, the cost of materials and the effort involved in getting the piece(s) on/off the laser, cleaned up and finished.

Acceptable Materials For The Laser

Our laser will cut and engrave a wide variety of materials. When cutting it’s usually best to stay at 3/8” thick material or below to get the cleanest most accurate results. If you don’t see the material listed or you want to go thicker than 3/8” then contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We can always put something on the laser and test it out. We also offer photo engraving as well as laser cutting.
